Jul 11, 2019. #1. Just got the new board and Ryzen 2700 CPU set up today but I cant get the PCI wireless card to work. It is not showing up in the device manager though the light comes on. The board and CPU are replacements so its not a fresh install of windows 10. BIOS Ver 1.70.

It contained stuff I personally found to be redundant, such as a digital copy of the Manual that is already included in the box and the Drivers (albeit outdated) for both the Wifi and Bluetooth functions. Updated Drivers for both the Wifi function and Bluetooth can be found on Intel's website under AX200. Then, there are the Drivers on MSI's
I could be a hardware or software issue. Try these steps to repair any windows issues…. Reset the EC (Embedded Controller). Power off laptop, unplug power lead, use paper clip and hold EC reset button for 30 secs, plug power back in, power up laptop.
