Because of your 5.7L HEMI MDS system. you need to run 0w - 20 or 5w -20. some people, not all, have switched to 5w - 30 & the MDS still functioned & they didn't get a trouble light. The dealership had put in 5w - 30 in my 2009 Ram 1500 & a light came on before i had driven the 7 miles to my place.
